Subscription Terms
Access to CaptainOS is provided through a recurring monthly subscription.
The subscription grants continuous access to the system during the active billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Access remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.
Payments & Refund Policy
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.
Due to the nature of digital access, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time or canceled subscriptions within an active billing period.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not terminate access during the current paid period.
No additional cancellation fees apply.
Limitation of Use
CaptainOS is intended for professional decision-support contexts.
The system does not provide legal, medical, emergency, or safety-critical services.
It is not intended for real-time operational control or situations where immediate action is required.
Changes to the Terms
CaptainOS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
